SMS Related

Ground Game America, LLC (GGA) enables its users via its Web sites which include but are not limited to the groundgameamerica.com domain name, its applications, and its other related services to send SMS messages, retrieve responses and other functions.

This policy applies to use of GGA-owned Web sites and other services and how GGA may access and process personal data shared with GGA – either by you, other customers, or your/your organization's end-users.

GGA is committed to lawful collection and processing of personal data. You/your organization acknowledge and understand that part of GGA's business is to collect and build profiles on people relating to consumer and political views and it may use any data collected through it services and applications to do so. GGA will offer data it collects through its system to for sale to approved customers.

While it protects, respects and protects the privacy of the personal information it obtains of its subscriber's services. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about how we collect, use and share subscriber and other individual and organizational information, and GGA's privacy practices in general.

Data we collect from customers includes but is not limited to name, address, phone number, email.
Data we collect from SMS text message recipients includes but is not limited to phone number, views on specific questions (i.e. products, policies, etc.), name (if known), opt out request.
GGA also may collect techinical envrionmental data on those who interact with GGA systems. This data is received from a user's device (i.e. cell phone, computer, tablet, etc.) which can include but is not limited to IP address, date and time of system interaction, browser type, gelocation.
When a person or organization subscribes to GGA services, that entity agrees to share its information and data it submits and collects with GGA.
Passwords are stored in an encrypted manner. If a subscriber loses his/her/its password, it must have it reset.
GGA is not and will not be liable for how its subscribers/customers manage data it imports into GGA's applications nor will be responsible for what a subscriber/customer does with data it collects.
Although not required for some organizations, if a person accepts an invitation to receive text messages from a subscriber/customer, they are consenting to sharing data with that subscriber/customer.

Polling Participant Related

Public opinion research is one function GGA conducts. If you choose to participate in any of GGA's weekly polls, GGA may share data with third parties. However, it will not share your name. If you participate in any other type of poll, your identity may already be known as a GGA client may have provided your information as a polling prospect.
In the event that GGA is acquired by another entity, any technology, data or other intellectual material in its possession will probably be included in the transaction.

General

GGA strives to keep all data secure. While GGA makes serious efforts, data transmission through the Internet and vulnerability to hacking can never be guaranteed.
You as a recipient or a subscriber may request that any of your records be removed from GGA's system at any time by emailing remove@groundgameamerica.com.

GGA may use personal data, including texting history and polling participation, to enhance and improve the operation of systems, applications and services. If you use GGA-owned Web sites or applicaitons to send information to another person, GGA may store your personal information. GGA may also use personal information to troubleshoot, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements with you, including our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities.

GGA may update this document periodically. GGA may, at its sole discretion, modify its Privacy Policy without notice. This document will include a "Last Updated" date at the top which will indicate when modifications were last made.
