​Ground Game America (GGA) provides a robust and user-friendly platform to communicate and engage large audiences through SMS text message delivery in compliance with the FEC. GGA custom developed peer-to-peer SMS delivery and management system enables clients to communicate with their constituency on a large scale both through efficient and interactive means.

In December of 2019, Republican party of Waukesha County (RPWC) turned to Ground Game America. RPWC's mission was to engage and empower their members, grassroot volunteers, staff, donors, and political partner organizations to create a committed county party that fights for Republican candidate’ victories based on conservative values. With this goal in mind, well in advance of the National presidential vote, the Republican party of Waukesha County turned to GGA’s unique SMS texting platform to reach out by text message to over 35,000 residents. The purpose of the text messaging survey campaign was to identify potential supporters of President Trump in advance of the November 2020 National Elections.

The SMS campaign was implemented by a group of volunteers. Together, the group was able to send thousands of SMS messages per hour using multiple phone numbers in order to comply with industry standards. The response from the campaign was tremendous and not only engaged tens of thousands of Waukesha county residents but also resulted in a number of responses with some community members requesting to volunteer for the RPWC and Trump Victory Campaign.
